OEM ODM Auto Car AC Air conditioner control panel

The Car AC Air Conditioner Control Panel is a central hub for regulating the temperature, airflow, and other settings of the vehicle's air conditioning system.

1. Temperature Control Knob/Slider:
Located prominently on the panel, this knob or slider allows the driver or passenger to adjust the desired temperature inside the cabin. Turning it to the left decreases the temperature, while turning it to the right increases it.

2. Fan Speed Control:
Next to the temperature control, there is a fan speed control that allows adjusting the airflow intensity. It typically has several settings, ranging from low to high, often indicated by different numbers of bars or fan icons.

3. Airflow Direction Controls:
These controls allow the driver to direct the airflow to specific areas inside the cabin. Common settings include face, feet, defrost, and a combination of these. The controls are typically represented by arrows or diagrams indicating the airflow direction.

4. Air Conditioning (AC) Switch:
A distinct button or switch labeled "AC" activates or deactivates the air conditioning compressor. When turned on, it cools the air by removing heat and humidity.

5. Air Recirculation Button:
This button, often labeled "Recirculate" or depicted with an arrow pointing back into the cabin, allows the air conditioning system to recirculate the air inside the vehicle instead of drawing in fresh air from outside. This is useful in hot or polluted environments.

6. Max A/C Button (Optional):
Some vehicles have a "Max A/C" button that automatically sets the system to its most aggressive cooling mode, with high fan speed and full compressor output.

7. Ventilation Mode Selector:
This selector allows choosing between different ventilation modes, such as outside air intake, fresh air intake, or a combination of both.

8. Air Quality Sensor Indicator (Optional):
If equipped, this indicator light informs the driver when the air quality inside the cabin is poor or when the air conditioning system is filtering out pollutants.

9. Automatic Climate Control (Optional):
Advanced systems may have an automatic climate control feature that automatically adjusts the temperature, fan speed, and airflow direction based on sensors monitoring the cabin's temperature and other factors.

10. Display Screen (Optional):
In more advanced systems, a display screen may be present to show the current settings, cabin temperature, and other relevant information.
