After comprehensively processing the signals collected by the input module, the air conditioning control system issues corresponding instructions to the output control module to achieve automatic control. The output module consists of the following parts:
1. Outlet air temperature control: including temperature damper control and air intake damper control. Temperature damper control, the control system controls the opening of the temperature damper through the temperature damper motor to ensure that the wind blown from the air outlet meets the temperature requirements. At the same time, the temperature damper motor has a potentiometer, which can feedback the position of the temperature damper to the control system: Enter Air damper control, the air intake damper has two positions, 100% external air (external circulation) and 100% internal air (internal circulation). Normally, the external circulation is used. Only when maximum cooling is required, the internal circulation is used. At this time , the warm air water valve is in a closed state; the warm air water valve is controlled to be in a normally open state under normal conditions, and is only closed when maximum cooling (internal circulation) is required.
2. Air volume control: The control system controls the air volume through automatic control of the blower speed.
3. Air outlet mode control: In the manual state, the control system will control the air outlet mode according to the manual adjustment knob. Under normal circumstances, when cooling, 80% of the air volume is blown out from the air outlet of the instrument panel for blowing the face, and 20% of the air volume is blown out from the foot blowing duct; when heating, 30% of the air volume is blown out from the defrost nozzle and blown toward the The front windshield and the windshields on both sides of the front are used to prevent frost on the glass. More than 60% of the air volume blows out from the foot air duct, and a small part of the air volume blows out from the air outlet of the instrument panel.
